  • Returns

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can then follow the progress of your parcel directly on our partners website: Colissimo or UPS. The customer will be responsible for checking the items upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints which seem justified, or even refuse the parcel if it is likely to have been opened or if there are clear signs of damage. Any reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days, excluding holidays, following delivery of the products, and a copy will be immediately sent to Magic stroller bag.

    Return and Refund
