    The customer will be responsible for checking the items upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints which seem justified, or even refuse the parcel if it is likely to have been opened or if there are clear signs of damage. Any reservations and complaints must be sent to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days, excluding holidays, following delivery of the products, and a copy will be immediately sent to the Repetto. If no complaint is received within said period, no action may be taken against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code.The customer must ensure that the items delivered match their order.
